Black Barn Sofas works with a select number of interior designers, architects, and design studios on a trade basis. We offer trade pricing, priority scheduling, and direct access to the workshop for projects where a site visit or consultation would be useful.

We are a small workshop, not a trade programme with a catalogue and a portal. What we offer is a genuine working relationship — direct contact with Roy and the team, the ability to specify anything within our capabilities, and the confidence that comes from knowing exactly how a piece is made and by whom.

What We Offer Trade Clients

  • Trade pricing — typically 15–20% below retail, depending on the piece and volume
  • Priority scheduling within our production queue
  • Direct workshop access for client site visits and specification meetings
  • Fabric sourcing assistance — we can order from most fabric houses on your account or ours
  • COM handling — we work with fabric supplied by you or your client
  • Sample pieces and finish references available in the workshop
  • Invoicing on 30-day terms for established accounts

Who We Work With

We work with interior designers, architects, design studios, and property developers. We do not supply to retailers or trade resellers. All trade pricing is for end-client commissions only.

We will respond within three working days. If we think there is a good fit, we will arrange a call or a visit to discuss further.

We are based in Manningford Abbots, near Pewsey, Wiltshire. Visits to the workshop are always welcome and often the most useful starting point for a new working relationship.
